Fence Supply and Installation Across Los Angeles
From our Panorama City showroom, we supply aluminum fence, gates, WPC fence and decorative panels to homeowners and contractors, with installation through our licensed installation partners. Here are the neighborhoods we work in and the projects we have finished there.
A Real Showroom, Real Projects, Real Neighborhoods
Lumina Collection Group is a fence and outdoor living supplier based at 14600 Arminta St in Panorama City, in the heart of the San Fernando Valley. Homeowners visit us to see the fence styles in person, and when they want it done for them, we install through our licensed installation partners.
This page is where we keep track of the work. Each area below has its own page with photos of finished fences, the products used and the things that matter when you build a fence in that part of Los Angeles: hillside lots, view lines, HOA review, and the city’s height rules. We add new areas as projects are finished, so every page on this list is backed by a real job, not a template.
If your neighborhood is not listed yet, that does not mean we cannot help. Call us at (818) 647-0007 or send your address through the quote form and we will tell you what is possible for your property.

Powder-coated aluminum does not rust, rot or need repainting, and it is backed by a 25-year limited warranty.
Why Homeowners in These Areas Choose Aluminum
The Valley and the Conejo Valley share the same tough conditions for a fence: long, hot summers, strong sun, dry Santa Ana winds and the occasional heavy winter rain. Wood fences dry out, split and fade. Steel and wrought iron rust where the paint chips. Vinyl can chalk and look tired in full sun.
Powder-coated aluminum handles all of that. It does not rust, rot or absorb water, so it keeps its color and its straight lines year after year without sanding, staining or repainting. It is also light enough to step cleanly down a hillside lot, and it pairs well with the stucco, stone and modern architecture you see across Encino, Calabasas and Westlake Village. That is why nearly every project on this page is aluminum, with WPC composite chosen where the owner wanted the look of wood.
What We Install in These Areas
Most of our projects use one of five product lines. Each has its own page if you want to go deeper.
- Aluminum fence in several series, from the full-privacy Ridgeline to the open, vertical Hampton.
- Aluminum gates: pedestrian, double swing and sliding driveway gates that match the fence.
- Aluminum privacy fence for side yards, pools and property lines.
- WPC composite fence in teak and dark gray, for the warmth of wood without the upkeep.
- Decorative aluminum panels such as Leaf, Wave and Chevron, for entries and accent walls.

We are based in Panorama City in the San Fernando Valley. We have finished projects in Encino, Westlake Village and Calabasas, and we regularly work across the Valley, the Conejo Valley and greater Los Angeles. Send us your address and we will confirm.
Do you install the fence, or only sell it?
Both. We supply the fence, gates and hardware, and yes, we do install. We install through our licensed installation partners. If you already have a contractor, we can supply them directly.
Can I see your finished projects in person?
You can see the same fence styles, finishes and gates in our Panorama City showroom, Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm, or Sunday 10 am to 4 pm by appointment. Photos of finished projects are on each area page.
My city is not on the list. Can you still help?
Very likely. The list grows as we finish projects. Call (818) 647-0007 or request a quote with your address, and we will tell you what we can do.
Do you supply contractors in these areas?
Yes. Contractors and builders buy fence, gates and posts from us for their own jobs. See our wholesale page for contractor and dealer details.
